| Background: | The Robert J. Galvan County Law Library is funded by civil court filing fees. The Library serves the legal research needs of both the legal community and the general public. The Library maintains its collection in both print and digital formats to provide a quality core collection of legal materials. This contract fixes the monthly rate for the entirety of the 3 year agreement at the FY20 rate of $8,027.
The agreement continues existing subscriptions to 65 exclusive, copyrighted, single and multi-volume legal titles. Each title is updated/replaced/revised periodically at varying intervals dependent on changes to laws and cases. The El Paso Bar Association Committee and Law Librarian reviewed and determined these print titles will meet the unique needs of our community. |
