Each year, the Human Resources Department coordinates the annual Employee Appreciation Picnic in an effort to recognize the hard work, loyalty and dedication of our County Employees. However, due to the pandemic, it was determined that the County would host an Employee Appreciation Week between September 14th-18th, 2020 in lieu of the Employee Appreciation Picnic.

Employee Appreciation Week consisted of various activities including friendly competitive events such as a seek & find game, post-it art competitions, Tik-Tok style dance videos, and a Spirit Week during which employees were invited to participate in themed attire for each day of the week. All activities and competitions were coordinated and participated in while following social distancing guidelines and encouraging virtual participation.
