| Background: | The certified tax rolls were received from the appraisal district on July 25, 2020. The overall values increased this year and was one of the contributing factors to our No New Taxes Rate (previously the effective tax rate) decreasing slightly. The staff from the district will be present to discuss the reasoning behind the certified changes in values as well as providing historical information. |
