The Budget and Fiscal Policy Department in coordination with Commissioners Court and County Administration meet annually in work sessions to review and take appropriate action on the upcoming fiscal year budget for the County of El Paso, Texas.

The Budget and Fiscal Policy Department received and reviewed departmental FY2021 requests. Departments were presented with recommendations for FY 2021 and had an opportunity to appeal with our office and the County Administrator.  Our findings and budget recommendations will be discussed during the budget meetings.
