Background:

Variance Requests:

  •  Increase the minimum frontage to depth ratio from 3:1 to 3:5:1. This is in order to provide rear sloping to the lots due to harsh terrain conditions.
  •  Reduce the minimum lot frontage width from 50 feet to 49 feet.
