| Background: | The SAVNS – Statewide Automated Victim Notification Service Contract with the OAG and Service Provider, Appriss - provides El Paso crime victims with 24-hour automated information about offender court hearings and notification of offender release. El Paso County has participated in the program since 2003. Invoice pertains to contracts 2019-0909 and 2019-0903, which were reviewed and approved by Commissioners Court on 12/9/2019 item 4-C. |
| Fiscal Impact: | There is no impact to El Paso’s County’s budget. Payment to the service provider for automated service is fully reimbursed by the Texas Attorney General’s Office. This serves as an invoice to certify use of system and invoice is sent to and processed by the Attorney General's Office. |
