| Background: | On May 18, 2020, Commissioners Court approved the conceptual plan for the County of El Paso Healing Garden Memorial. This Memorial is being constructed in honor of the victims of the mass shooting that took place at the El Paso Walmart on August 3, 2019. Additionally, the acceptance of donated materials and labor to build the memorial from JAR Construction Inc. was approved. The Public Works Department staff will be providing JAR construction the design plans and will oversee the construction of the memorial. |
