| Background: | The goal of the El Paso County First Responder Equipment grant request is to equip 32 Constables in all seven Constable Precincts within the El Paso County area with First Responder Kits and AEDS. The First Responder Kits and AEDS will assist the officers in providing emergency aid to the community and to each other when responding to emergency situations. |
