| Background: | The Public Defender’s Office’s has been using ITD’s Activity Manager program to record chronological entries reflecting work performed on client cases, due to challenges with the Time Tracking system in Tyler’s Odyssey Attorney Manager program. The challenges with the Time Tracking system have been resolved, and the data which is currently stored in the stand alone Activity Manager program needs to be imported into the Public Defender’s Office’s Odyssey Attorney Manager’s Time Tracking functionality in order to consolidate the records. The County’s contract with Tyler Technologies requires that Tyler either perform data migrations into Odyssey, or develop an application to do so, in order to perform the database’s integrity. We have worked with ITD, Budget, and County Administration to review the project and identify funding.
