Carahsoft (Granicus) provides the video streaming services and maintenance support for the NovusAgenda software used by the County to submit Commissioners Court agenda items. The County Administration department administers the development of the official agenda posted and followed during regular and special meetings. To compliment the software, the streaming service helps meet the requirements to; web-stream content for internal and external viewing, create web compatibility to mobile devices, and allow agenda integration. The Information Technology Department (ITD) is responsible primarily for the administration of Carahsoft (Granicus) agreement. ITD also provides general support for the software and utilization of the streaming service, but the vendor provides the necessary advanced maintenance and support of the software as it is implemented by County Administration. ITD recommends approval of the agreement to continue licensing this software to the County of El Paso.

County Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved this agreement on October 31, 2019.

Purchasing Department has reviewed and approved the purchase of this item on October 2, 2019. Contingent upon Commissioners Court approval, Purchasing will convert Requisition No. 12000146 to a Purchase Order.
