| Background: | The County is seeking a qualified vendor to provide asset management software for use by the Facilities Management Department.
Dude Solutions’ facility condition assessment (FCA) is a visual assessment evaluating the facility systems. This FCA service will collect data on major facility assets, as well as provide narratives that summarize assessment observations and comments.
To ensure the County is obtaining the overall best value, to include pricing and terms, the Purchasing Department and the Facilities Management Department reviewed available cooperative contracts and determined that the contract held by Dude Solutions, Inc. through Sourcewell conforms to the County’s needs. |
