The City of El Paso receives Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the federal government. The County competes for CDBG funding, every two years, for the home delivered meal program. The City awards in two-year intervals. The County's total 2-year award was $90,357.00; $43,396.00 in FY 19 and $46,691.00 for FY 20. This 2nd year grant award will continue to provide a nutritious noontime home delivered meal, Mon. - Fri. to approximately 33 eligible adults, 62 years of age or older and persons with disabilities. | | Fiscal Impact: | 2nd Year Grant Award is for $46,691 for one year.
