Firm will conduct education, cultural, or historic programs that promote the cemetery’s historic value as well as assist in maintaining the cemetery in keeping with Texas Historical Commission guidelines.
The Concordia Heritage Association is comprised of longtime volunteer members who took the initiative to care for El Paso County’s oldest, most notorious historic cemetery. Their leadership began in the late 1990s, taking care to ensure that all maintenance, landscaping, headstone replacement and research takes place within state and federal historic cemetery guidelines.
The Concordia Heritage Association possesses the skills and expertise necessary to assist the County not only in ensuring that all standards and expectations are met, but also exceeded, through the customer service they provide in grave location research and annual cultural events and educational programming they provide to the public.
