| Subject: | Approve and authorize the Purchasing Agent to solicit proposals for Gym Services for the County of El Paso. In accordance with Local Government Code 262.030, the Purchasing Agent has reviewed use of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process. |
| Background: | The County is seeking a qualified proposer(s) to provide comprehensive quality membership services to participating employees of the County of El Paso. It is the intent of the County to select one or more “Gym” facilities that can deliver a full array of high-quality, cost-effective membership services.
The Purchasing Department will request a review of specifications by the Auditor’s and County Attorney’s offices prior to advertisement. |
