| Background: | The County of El Paso is installing a Web Records Management System (WebRMS) that will replace the iLeads application currently in use. WebRMS is an enterprise information management application providing search, retrieval, and reporting capabilities for law enforcement personnel.
Change Order #3 removes CAGIS and adds WebRMS Redundancy Configuration Services & NIBRS from the Master Services Agreement statement of work.
Legal Review was required and has been completed by the County Attorney’s Office dated September 10, 2019.
Under Local Government Code 252.048(d), the total contract price can only be increased 25%. Based off of the original contract value, that means that the value of this contract cannot grow beyond $710,050. This current change order is within that scope.

On June 22, 2015, Commissioner’s Court approved the Master Services Agreement between the County of El Paso and Hexagon as per Contract No. 2015-0327 under regular agenda item #8.
