| Subject: | Approve and authorize the County Judge to sign the Tierra Del Este Montwood Subdivision Unit Two plat, formerly known as Tierra Del Este Unit 83/Triumph Round-about, to finalize the annexation process. |
| Background: | The Developer (Ranchos Real Land Holdings, LLC.) will be constructing the northern half of Montwood Boulevard along the southern limits of Tierra Del Este Unit 83 subdivision within the El Paso City Limits. The southern half of the boulevard is currently within Triumph Street, which is an undeveloped County Right-of-Way. The proposed Montwood round-about will encroach within the Triumph Street right-of-way. Thus, the developer is requesting this portion be annexed by the City of El Paso so that the entire roundabout is constructed within the City Limits. |
