The County budget is being amended in accordance with Texas Local Government Code §111.0415.
Budget amendment is necessary:

To transfer appropriations from the Water System Improvements to the Transfer Out grants account to cover the County portion of costs related to the Vista Del Este grant.

To transfer funds from the General and Administrative Contingency to the 346th District Court accounts to cover the salary and fringe for the El Paso Veterans Treatment Court compliance officer, funding for the month of September 2019, as approved by commissioners court on 08/26/2019 item B.

To transfer appropriations from the General and Administrative Contingencies account to the Tax Office to cover the cost for renovation and furniture expenses for the new Tax Office.

To set up the budget for the EP NM Job Access & Reverse Commute grant as awarded by the Texas Department of Transportation.
