| Background: | All residential treatment centers are used for individuals that have been removed from the home due to all services being exhausted in the community and after reasonable efforts have been made to prevent or eliminate the need for the child to be removed from his / her home.
Pursuant to the terms of the contract listed herein, the contract 2017-0678 is terminated effective October 16, 2019, due to the Request for Qualifications process is completed and approved.
A 30 Day letter will be provided to the contractor. |
