| Background: | On July 1, 2019, the Public Works Department brought forth an item to Commissioners Court regarding remediation design for flooding issues at the Los Portales Museum. Public Works will be using an Architect for this project under Contract No. 2016-0709. The cost for this design is $39,245 which qualifies as an expense under the County’s Hotel Occupancy Taxes.
As per El Paso County Financial Policies, this transfer must be submitted as a separate agenda item and be approved by Commissioners Court. |
