| Background: | The purpose of this Agreement is to allow JPD and Big Brothers Big Sisters to fully implement the Texas Juvenile Justice Department Prevention and Intervention Grant by establishing specific terms and conditions whereby Big Brothers Big Sisters shall provide mentoring services to at-risk youth ages 6-14 designed to increase the use of pro-social activities, positive peer interactions and enhance self-esteem and decision making skills. |
