| Background: | The Information Technology Department (ITD) manages and maintains all facilities structured cabling infrastructure. ITD currently outsources the installation and maintenance of all structured cabling work to Innovative PBX Services, Inc (aka New IPS). New IPS possesses the comprehensive skills, has knowledgeable resources, and has the appropriate industry certifications in order to perform or maintain any type of structured cabling services and structured hardware installation for both data and voice installations.
The Nutrition Center in Fabens is needing two data pulls to install a mobile Kiosk in their office. This work is to be performed at Nutrition Center located at 201 Camp Street Fabens, TX.
Purchase Order 21909072 was reviewed and approved by Purchasing on June 18, 2019.
Legal review was required and completed by the County Attorney’s Office on August 16, 2019.
