Funds will be deposited in SR-LAWLIBRARY-CONTRIB/DON-GEN. |
| Background: | The Law Library is funded through the assessment and collection of fees on civil case filings in the District and County Courts of El Paso County. This special revenue fund is under the direction of the Commissioner's Court in consultation with the Law Library Manager, the El Paso County Bar Association Law Library Committee and the DRO Director.
The Law Library welcomes and encourages donations to further its purpose and mission. Donations can be designated for the Law Library's 70th Anniversary celebration during 2020. All donations must be processed using the approved donation procedure. Donations are valued expressions of individual support for the Law Library and its mission. Financial donations enrich the Law Library but do not replace the special revenue funding source. Donations enhance the law Library collection, services and initiatives. Planned gifts contribute to the legacy and sustain the mission of the Law Library. |
