| Background: | The County of El Paso Public Works Department is seeking a qualified vendor to provide labor, material, and/or equipment as it pertains to the County’s improvement project for Coyote Park.
To ensure the County is obtaining the overall best value, to include pricing and terms, the Public Works and Purchasing Departments reviewed available cooperative contracts and determined that the contract held by Jordan Foster Construction through Region 19 conforms to the County’s needs. |
