| Background: | The Information Technology Department (ITD) manages and maintains all facilities structured cabling infrastructure. ITD currently outsources the installation and maintenance of all structured cabling work to Innovative PBX Services, Inc (aka New IPS). New IPS possesses the comprehensive skills, has knowledgeable resources, and has the appropriate industry certifications in order to perform or maintain any type of structured cabling services and structured hardware installation for both data and voice installations.
The Adult Probation Office is needing two data pulls to relocate an employee to the 8th Floor at the County Courthouse. This work is to perform at the County Courthouse, 8th Floor is located at the 500 E. San Antonio.
Purchase Order 21910693 was reviewed and approved by Purchasing on August 1, 2019.
Legal review was required and completed by the County Attorney’s Office on August 16, 2019.
