| Background: | The Information Technology Department (ITD) manages and maintains all facilities structured cabling infrastructure. ITD currently outsources the installation and maintenance of all structured cabling work to Innovative PBX Services, Inc (aka New IPS). New IPS possesses the comprehensive skills, has knowledgeable resources, and has the appropriate industry certifications in order to perform or maintain any type of structured cabling services and structured hardware installation for both data and voice installations.
The Sheriff’s Jail Annex Detention Facility will be relocating floor officers at POD 100 through POD 1200 and will require twenty-four data pulls to provide connectivity to the staff's computer and telephone so they can perform their daily tasks. This work is to be performed at the Sheriff’s Jail Annex Detention Facility located at 12501 Montana Avenue.
Purchase Order 21909764 was reviewed and approved by Purchasing on July 8, 2019.
Legal review was required and completed by the County Attorney’s Office on August 16, 2019.
