| Background: | The Information Technology Department (ITD) manages and maintains all facilities structured cabling infrastructure. ITD currently outsources the installation and maintenance of all structured cabling work to Innovative PBX Services, Inc (aka New IPS). New IPS possesses the comprehensive skills, has knowledgeable resources, and has the appropriate industry certifications in order to perform or maintain any type of structured cabling services and structured hardware installation for both data and voice installations.
Requisition No. 11912857 has bee reviewed and approved by Purchasing on August 7, 2019. Once Commissioners Court approves this item the RQ11912857 will be converted and processed by Purchasing.
Legal review was required and completed by the County Attorney’s Office on August 16, 2019.
