Subject:Approve and authorize the Purchasing Agent to reject all responses and close and re-bid 19-026 Lubricants (Oils, Grease and Antifreeze) and Cleaners for the County of El Paso.
Background:

The County of El Paso was seeking qualified vendors to provide certain lubricants (oils, grease, and antifreeze) and cleaners for use by the County.

The Fleet Operations Department has requested to close the bid in order to modify the specifications and rebid.  The updated specifications along with additional information about current County-owned storage capabilities could result in a much lower unit price per drum.
