| Background: | During the passing of the FY19 budget for the JP Technology fund on August 27, 2018, the item for one copier/fax machine lease and four electronic citation writers was submitted with a quote. By the time the request was approved and the funds made available, the price for these items increased by $858 for the copy/fax machine and $5,225 for the electronic citation writers a total increase of $6,083. The budget line items will be adjusted to reflect the change. |
