| Background: | In an effort to further strengthen their professional capacity, Department Heads reporting to the County's Chief Administrator will be participating in 360 evaluation assessments during 2019-2020. These assessments will include evaluators at all levels ranging from direct reports, supervisors, customers and co-workers. This tool will be used to aid in further development of the County's leadership team that will enhance their current knowledge, skills, abilities and talent to perform effectively within our County organization.
This contract also includes one (1) focus group competency modeling session among the Department Head team to identify the competencies that will be used in the development of these assessment surveys.
This contract has been reviewed by the County Attorney's Office. |
