| Background: | The County submits a new annual application for funding for state and federal sources for its Rural Transit District.
This state grant will provide continued commuter bus service for the towns of Anthony and Clint, the Village of Vinton, the cities of Socorro and Horizon and the unincorporated areas of Westway, Canutillo, Montana Vista, Agua Dulce, Sparks, Fabens and Tornillo to the City of El Paso. |
