| Background: | The County of El Paso and the State of Oklahoma agree to an interagency purchasing agreement allowing the County of El Paso to purchase goods and services pursuant to Oklahoma state contracts to the extent such purchases are allowed by Oklahoma and Texas laws.
This agreement shall be effective upon execution of both parties. The agreement shall remain effective until either party provides the other party with written notice of termination.
This agreement may be amended at any time with the agreement of both parties. Any amendment shall be in writing and signed by both parties. |
