The County budget is being amended in accordance with Texas Local Government Code §111.0415.
Budget amendment is necessary:

To transfer appropriations within the Ascarate Operations divisions to cover the cost to purchase furniture.

To increase the budget for the Department of Justice Asset Forfeiture program to reflect the actual amount received by the Department of Justice.

To transfer appropriations within the Wall of Honor special revenue accounts to increase the account and properly allocate funds for the donations received as of July 15, 2019.

To transfer appropriations within the 65th District Court Family Drug Court special revenue account to cover the cost of contract services for substance abuse and Strengthening Families program up until year end, to supplement CJD grant funds that are depleting for FY19.
