| Background: | The El Paso County Mission Circulator Project uses Congestion Mitigation Air Quality (CMAQ) funds to reduce the amount of vehicle emissions in order to assist the El Paso Metropolitan Planning Organization (EPMPO) to meet air quality attainment standards, reduce the current vehicular congestion on Socorro Rd between Ysleta and San Elizario, and to increase the number of passengers every year since its first year of operation. This amendment is to extend the agreement to October 31, 2020, to continue to use funds appropriately for this project. |
