To transfer appropriations within the General and Administrative account to cover the needs of the Veteran's Assistance Assessment. This was approved during Commissioners’ Court July 1, 2019; item #7.

To set up the budget for the El Paso County Veterans Assistance Heroes Project 2020 awarded by the Texas Veterans Commission approved during Commissioners’ Court July 8, 2019; item #10.
