In order to maintain a professional and high performing organization, the County is dedicated to ensuring an effective, efficient process is in place to conduct the background of potential candidates, volunteers, and interns for placement within the County of El Paso.
The HR department conducted the following amount of background checks for the following years:
FY16: 435
FY17: 345
FY18: 399
FY19 (to date): 231, estimated 312 annually
