| Background: | On October 1, 2018, the Commissioners Court awarded RFP #18-034 to T.E.B. Benefits Group Inc. for benefit online-enrollment services for the County of El Paso. Based on the award of the RFP and Response to the RFP by T.E.B. Benefits Group Inc., a Services Agreement was developed. The purpose of the Agreement is to provide the County of El Paso with a new benefits online enrollment system which will replace the current INROLL benefits online enrollments system. The Agreement is for three years with the option for the County to renew for two additional one-year terms.
The County’s Risk Pool Board has recommended approval of the T.E.B. Benefits Group Inc. Service Agreement during their regular board meeting on July 17, 2019.
Services Agreement 2018-0913 has been reviewed by the County Attorney’s Office. |
