| Background: | The Texas Council on Family Violence is looking to the expertise from the El Paso District Attorney's Office regarding domestic violence cases for their jail call monitoring pilot project grant. Jail calls will be monitored to identify continued and new victimization while the offender is in jail. This project will give insight to additional services victims might need. |

Grant award in the amount of $20,000 will have an account created by the County Auditors' Grants Division upon Commissioners Court approval. |
