| Background: | The County of El Paso Juvenile Probation Department is seeking qualified vendors to provide electronic monitoring for male and female juvenile offenders ages 10-17 actively involved with the Juvenile Probation Department.
To ensure the County is obtaining the overall best value, to include pricing and terms, the Juvenile Probation and Purchasing Departments reviewed available cooperative contracts and determined that the contract held by Alcohol Monitoring Systems Inc. dba Scram Systems through GSA conforms to the County’s needs.
