| Background: | The Human Resources Department currently utilizes a software package (Neogov) to manage the application and recruitment process for the County of El Paso. Neogov is also utilized by all County departments to automate the recruitment process and to facilitate communication with candidates. To leverage this investment, the Human Resources department seeks to augment the NeoGov solutions by purchasing companion products. These new modules will provide Human Resources department the ability to additionally manage job records, new hire, and candidate testing. Neogov Insight, Neogov Onboard, and Neogov Biddle are all software licenses and integrated systems to be procured through by SHI Government Solutions. This software is licensed to the County of El Paso and is hosted externally by the vendor.
Information Technology Department (ITD) is responsible for managing and maintaining the County's software licenses and service agreements. ITD seeks to purchase these software licenses and service agreements from the reseller of this software (SHI Government Solutions).
The County Attorney's Office has reviewed and approves the execution of Contract No. 2019-0355 on June 14, 2019.
Once Purchasing converts Requisition No. 11907652 to a Purchase Order. The Purchase Order and signed agreement will be sent to Vendor finalizing.
