These systems have been previously supported by “software only” agreements through the manufacturer. The age of these systems has prompted ITD to request hardware and software maintenance/support to ensure continuity of each of these telephone systems.
To ensure the County is obtaining best pricing and terms, ITD and the Purchasing Department reviewed the GSA cooperative available for County use and determined that the contract held by Continuant, Inc. of Fife, WA conforms to County needs and timelines.
