Rancho Real XV, LLC (developer) is requesting the recording and approval of the above-mentioned plat by Commissioners Court of El Paso County. The Planning & Development Department has determined that the subdivision has met all applicable state and county rules and regulations. Upon the recording of the plat, and acceptance of public improvements identified within the plat, the one-year warranty period will take affect per the maintenance bond provided by the developer. The subdivision was specifically developed as part of the County's extension of Edgemere Boulevard from the City of El Paso to the unincorporated community of Homestead Meadows South.
