The County of El Paso is committed to improving the health and wellbeing of its employees and family members through targeted disease fighting strategies, education, and activities that support healthy lifestyle changes.
During calendar year 2018, County employees who enrolled in the medical plan were able to earn points for completing certain wellness activities, such as a Health Risk Assessments, Wellness Screenings, Annual Well-Doctor visits, and Wellness Trainings. Points earned could be redeemed by Employees for a variety of wellness incentives including Fit Bits, Yoga Mats, and Lunch Totes.
