West Texas HIDTA is administered by the West Texas HIDTA Director/Staff who follow all necessary guidelines set forth in the HIDTA Program Guidance and follow other federal reporting requirements and also receive guidance from the El Paso County Auditors, Purchasing Department and the Sheriff's Office as needed. | | Fiscal Impact: | The Grant award for FY 2019 is $4,091,148 with no cost to the County.
