The developer/property owner is requesting the recording and approval of the above-mentioned plat by the County of El Paso Commissioners Court. This subdivision has met all State and County subdivision regulations and requirements. The reason for the replat is to remove a plat note restriction limiting the lot in question to non-residential uses. The Planning & Development Department did identify an existing plat notes that affects the replat, specifically, limiting the lot in question to non-residential uses. After thorough investigation by staff, the Department does not object to the replat that will remove the restriction, thereby allowing a residential use to exist on the property.
