This subdivision has met all State and County subdivision regulations and requirements. The property owner has requested the replat in order to split a single lot into two individual lots. The Court previously approved the variance request for the lot width: length ratio. The Planning & Development Department did not identify any existing plat notes/restrictions or covenants on record with the County that may affect the replat.
