| Background: | In 2014, the County entered into a lease agreement on behalf of West Texas HIDTA for administrative offices. The initial Lease term expires August 31, 2019. Under Section 18 of the Lease, the County may renew for two additional terms of 60 months each and the County must give notice of intent to renew the Lease 180 days before the expiration of a term. Within 5 days of receipt of this notice, Lessor must deliver to the County a notice of lease renewal confirmation. |
