| Background: | In order to create a vibrant community and a financially sound County government, especially for those residents living in the unincorporated area of the County in Tornillo. This will be the only Public Park for the Tornillo Community. Coyote Park will provide the citizens in Tornillo safe access to quality park and recreation facilities programs, facilities, places and spaces that make their lives and community great. These improvements will increase opportunities for recreation, health and wellness activities for all residents and visitors. |
