| Background: | The DWI Drug Court Program received a five-year grant award from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). The program has to submit a non-competitive continuation grant package. If the budget does not change 25% of the current budget, the program is required to submit a letter attesting to that signed by the County Judge. |
