Subject:(Postponed 1/28/19) Approve and authorize the County Judge to sign a contract with Universal Contracting Services for the replacement of restroom countertops in various floors of the Courthouse for $24,744.47.  Funding is available in CIP18-PW-IMPROV-ADA.  (Contract No. 2018-0751)
Background:

This is to replace the existing restroom countertops for men’s and women’s restrooms on floors 2, 5, 7, 8. 10, and 11 to meet ADA requirements.

 

Contract has been reviewed and approved by the County Attorney’s office.

Recommendation:
