Subject:(Postponed 1/28/19) Approve and authorize the County Judge to sign a contract with El Paso Cowboy Construction, LLC for the replacement of wall paper in the Courthouse atrium area for $28,500. Funding is available in GF-FACILITIES-CAP OUT-RENOV.  (Contract No. 2018-0750)
Background:

This is to replace the existing wall paper in the 3rd floor atrium area of the Courthouse.  Over the years the existing wall paper has deteriorated and it is detaching from the wall.                     

 

Contract has been reviewed and approved by the County Attorney’s office.

Fiscal Impact:

$28,500
